What a DSP does
Our Direct Support Professionals help people with disabilities participate in their communities, strengthen independence, pursue personal goals, and build skills and relationships. Work may include supporting community activities, daily routines, goal-directed tasks, transportation where authorized and required, and accurate service notes. DSPs communicate professionally with our agency and the authorized support team.
