Compensation: $20.00 per hour

We are a New Jersey nonprofit organization, and we are hiring compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Morristown and throughout Morris County.

Direct Support Professionals provide one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. The work focuses on independence, dignity, choice, and meaningful community participation.

Responsibilities include assisting with independent living and daily life skills, supporting community activities and appointments, helping individuals work toward personal goals, providing transportation when required, completing timely service documentation, and communicating with families, support coordinators, and other team members.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, complete required background checks and training, and be able to work independently in community-based settings.

Previous experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is preferred but not required. Paid training and flexible scheduling are available.
