We are hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Hamilton, New Jersey. This is an in-person community-based position with a current advertised rate of $22 per hour.
Position details
Location: Hamilton, New Jersey Pay: $22 per hour Schedule: 40 hours per week Work setting: In person
DSPs support people with disabilities in the community, helping with independence, transportation, activities, life skills, social engagement, employment-related goals, and other individualized needs.
What you will do
Support individuals in community settings.
Help with independence, daily routines, activities, and individualized goals.
Provide transportation when required by the assignment.
Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality.
Communicate professionally with our staff, families, and support-team members.
Complete required onboarding and ongoing training.
Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
Current vehicle insurance.
Reliable personal vehicle.
First Aid and CPR certification.
Able to meet current New Jersey program and agency requirements.
